Welcome to Maryland Phi Beta Lambda's state website!

PBL is the collegiate division of Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda and has been strengthening the competencies of students enrolled in the studies of business and business related fields in Maryland since 1962.

Maryland PBL welcomes all students, and offers programs for specifically for students who have declared majors in business, communications, office technologies, or computer science.  The state chapter provides these students a venue to interact with professionals practicing in their academic fields as well as opportunities to participate in over 50 competitive events during each year's State Leadership Conference.

Our mission is to bring business and education together in a positive working relationship through innovative leadership and career development programs.
